Lusciously Long Lashes thanks to Mother Nature………#TMHhacks

IMG_9861

By now it’s probably no secret that models (and make-up artists) live for the long, full lash look; in fact, I’ve lost count of how many lengthening, thickening mascaras there are on the market. Unfortunately what usually happens with these type of products is that a tonne of questionable chemicals cling together to create that much coveted wide-eyed look which is gone as soon as you take to your makeup removing pads.

One of my favourite make-up artists (and also great friend) Ronnie was always pushing me to use castor oil on my lashes before bed and after months of persuasion I finally gave it a try. It was definitely an experience and took a few days to get used to, but within a couple of weeks my lashes were thicker and longer, as if by magic!

Castor Oil has to be one of the modern worlds best kept secrets – used by many since the Biblical age, it’s brimming with Essential Fatty Acids, vitamins and minerals and is an amazing cure-all for skin and hair. Couple that goodness with another skin-sational ingredient (Aloe Vera) and you’ve got a winning combination. Luscious Lashes in a teeny tiny tube!
